PARTY FEST!
Party. Party. Party. I believe we've totaled 9 parties in the last 9 days....The girls are averaging three a weekend the last two weekends. Cannot BUH-LIEVE how many of my kid's friends have birthdays this time of year. It's sorta nuts. {Just a tid bit of kindly advice I've given my girls... do not plan a wedding, OR have a baby in the month of December! That is if you can have any control over the latter.} Your life will be crazy enough as it is planning for Christmas.
BABY LOVE!
Kate was quite taken with the baby Jesus from the nativity set at our ward Christmas party.
So much so that she kind of kifed it and brought it home. I tried taking it back to the nursery today at church and she had a full blown out tantrum..
Can you guess what she's getting for Christmas?
Our ward knows how to put on a spread...tons of yummy brunch food.
Love, LOVE our ward. Some of my favorite people!
My fruit platter with an added surprise...
CHRISTMAS FRUIT DIP
Cool Whip
2 small boxes of raspberry flavored jello
crushed up candy canes
NEIGHBOR GIFTS!
I do love giving gifts but for what ever reason I always find myself pretty stumped when it comes to Christmas neighbor gifts. It's usually one of the last things on my list to do but this year I managed to get it done earlier than usual. I bought $4 gift wrap on black Friday weekend for a $1 a roll. Tied a ribbon with a note that said "WRAP yourself up in a wonderful Christmas season." Find other fun neighbor gift ideas from HOWDOESSHE.COM
TOOTH FAIRY!
Brie lost a tooth on Sunday and then another one on Monday. How cool is that to have the Tooth Fairy visit two nights in a row?! Brie left this note for her the first night. {Kinda cute I think}. Unfortunately, Brie said she saw
Ever since we indulged in our elf cookies our very own Buddy Evergreen will randomly leave for the North Pole at night and return in the morning to a different hiding spot. Brie loves to try and find him! Even though she says he's kinda creepy.
