Celebrating the Coronation!
We had ourselves a tea party...
We had blueberry & lemon scones,
coffee cake muffins, fruit, and macaroons...
Kate made cherry tarts,
and the hubs made quiche
(apparently the official coronation dish of
King Charles)
AND YES!... Emmsie, Hannah,
Brie, Kate, the dogs and I got up at 3AM
to watch the 5 hour long coverage LIVE.
NO way we were gonna miss history
in the making.
Our friends returned home from Scotland
just a few days before Coronation Day.
They brought back some fun
coronation memorabilia for usto use morning of.
Cake pedestal, tea pot and tea cloth etc...
cherry & cream cheese pastries,
shortbread biscuits, AND Monster
drinks for anyone who needed some
help staying awake in the wee hours.

We have our first primary kiddo
getting baptized this month
so we recently held
our Primary Baptismal Preview...
I enjoyed doing up this table for it.
We gave them white towels In entertainment news...
Is May the new December or what????
Especially when you have school age kids...
and then double the crazy when you
have a GRADUATE. Hang'in on for
the wild ride...
