Sweet Kate had her 10th Birthday!
This girl rarely eats
breakfast anymore
{most of us don't actually}
but she did want her traditional Cookie Crisp
on her birthday morning!
(also...that blanket of hers is still kick'in around.
It's as old as she is)
B-day lunch surprise!
{shout out to those Jimmy John cookies...they've
made it to my favorite cookie(s) list}
birthday treat she took for her classmates
and her poster!
Bing of course was her main gift
BUT I snuck in a few other little gifts too...
😜
Rumbi gift card...
Boo Henna the Ostrich...
{She loves collecting these
Ty Beanie stuffed animals...}
And this darling
gem jewelry holder.
Turtles are her favorite...then flamingos,
then elephants.
She loves Harry Potter and enjoys crocheting
so we hit the jack pot on this one.
Sisters gave her a cute purse for her phoneand Emmsie did her pineapple gel nails...
to go to Olive Garden for
pasta and seafood. I hadn't been to
the OG in ages.
It was Kate's first time!
{We got to show her where
the hubs and I had our very first
date on Feb. 8, 1992!}
The stuffed mushrooms were my fav!
night at the Junior High Musical,
Peter Pan Jr., for our mutual joint activity.
26 of us were there to support one of our
YW girls who was in the play.
*****
The hubs also had a birthday this week too!
On Sunday.
Love my guy!
He and I grabbed a burger
the night before to celebrate!
Just so you know,
Habit rocks the lemonade
and their tempura green beans...
SO SO GOOD!
on his birthday weekend as the weather somewhat permitted it.
First ride of the year!
*****In other family news.....
Kyleigh had a 1920's
BYU Dinner Dance
with the Folk Dance teams.
She looked like she stepped right out of
Downton Abby.
😌
Kyleigh went in to show g-pa her costume,
he got up and did a few Charleston
moves with her.
So cute!
She spends most of her school days with
her dance people.
She recently got to do a Saturday morning
service project with her best friends.
*****Kate got a glowing
report, as usual, at Parent Teacher
Conference. We celebrated
with a Kneader's sandwich
and smoothie. I love how
food excites her!
National Park and State Quarters
