What's On My Happy List?

We had Mystery/Puzzle week!

Did you know there is a
Clue Card game?!?!?
We might actually prefer
it to the board game!

Brie started this Disney puzzle...

Kate made a scavenger hunt for me...

I did a mystery meal for her!

Through out the week we watched the
old Clue, Scooby-Doo,
and Nancy Drew mystery movies...

One day we went on a "Mystery Drive" and had
Brie and Kate try to guess
where we were going and what food we
were getting! Sense of direction and smell
may or may not have kicked in!

In other news....

Baby quails fell in to our
neighbor's storm drain...
We found a way to rescue all six of them...

We were using all sorts of things...

swiffer duster, broom, net etc. 

to aide in the rescue...

Oh my gosh! They were so
cute and tiny!

I got to help chaperone at
the Stake Achievement Day
Camp at "This Is The Place"...

The girl's had a tea party in the
historic Heber C. Kimball home...

They made corn husk dolls...

leather stamped...

watched pottery be made...

mined for fools gold...

and rode a pony...

We had dinner group for the month...
Funny story how we ended up
at this eating establishment!

The hubs fish and chips were tasty tasty.

I liked his meal more than mine.

Emmsie and I and
our neighbors were lucky
enough to get into the
Conference Center for
the Mo Tab Pioneer Concert.
🙏

Sissel was the guest artist!

I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful 

this concert was!

Sissel has THE MOST angelic voice

on the planet.

Emmsie and I adore her!

We had a Bell Family reunion in my
sister's beautiful backyard!

Yummy food!

We were blessed to have my parents

feel well enough to come!

Kate set up a smoothie station
for "Kate's Cafe"...
She made up a menu...

Set up tables...

took our orders...

and worked super hard in the kitchen...

She had the Poppi be her sous chef...
{He spiked my smoothie with Dr. Pepper!}

The Cinnamon Sweet Roll
with syrup and fruit was a hit!
{btw, this girl is really good at plating!}

Emmsie had gelato with friends.
The actor that played Frodo Baggins
in Lord of the Rings came into the shop
while they were there! That brought a
little bit of excitement to the evening.

Hannah had a "Swig and Sushi" picnic

at the park with 

her girlfriends...

Kyleigh and friends

at the Lehi Roller Mills.

{It was on their summer bucket list}

Of course there is a story behind it.
