So....it's that time of year again....

August just happens to be my next to least favorite month of the whole year...

His mom recently had hip surgery...

Today,
Monday the 20th marks
the last day of freedom for us!
😭
It was a pretty low key summer at our house..which was kinda nice actually.
I realized it was the first time in 7 years we
didn't have one old enough to volunteer
during the summer at the hospital.
B and Hannah only had one camp to go
to. Usually there are a few,
but neither one went on Trek as
Hannah was too old and Brie too young.
First Day of School-
It's 8th Grade for Brie!!!!
{This is the first year in 7 YEARS that I have not had a high schooler.
SO SO strange.}
Kate's favorite thing about back to school shopping is the backpack
and that's about all.
{not kidding}
got talking for too long after school started
and got locked inside the school playground...
We waited and waited for the custodian OR someone to come let us out!
I finally jumped the fence....
After school pick up....
Yay!!!
We survived the first day!
Goodness me...these are good!

I've only had the gluten free chocolate chip
but others in the fam say the
white chocolate raspberry
and chocolate peanut butter are the bomb.
You can order them inside this cafe on
5th East and 13th South
after 7:00 P.M.
These tic tacs were for my Primary kiddos
