Bouquet of roses that I made for Brie's school teacher. Stems made from Valentine pencils. I got the idea here.
Cupid Attack for Kate! Kyleigh, my 17 year old!, was disappointed that cupid didn't come in the night for her. Traditions run deep around here.
Instead I surprised the older girls by putting their valentines in their school lunches....
I'm a card lover. Valentine cards in particular just make my heart smile. The one on the left was for my sweet mom and dad. Love them both!
Brie had a "One Direction" theme going on with her class Valentines! She has a boy in her class who wanted her to be his Valentine. She told this boy's friend that she was already taken! hilarious! {she planned ahead weeks ago to have her 2 yr old nephew be her Valentine just in case someone at school happened to ask.} After she turned this classmate down, she said to herself. "I'm gonna break his heart!"{ funny stuff}
Valentine goodies for after school snack. {I got the cute Valentine pop labels at the party store}
We've got pretend Valentines and real life Valentines going on around here.
My man brought home chocolate dipped strawberries for me and 5 little chocolate covered bears for the girls. Sweet!
Kyleigh went to a chick flick with her girl friends to celebrate. The rest of us had a quiet night at home having homemade taco salad... compliments of dad, and watching "Skyfall". Kyleigh was doing homework late after her movie and four guys came to the door with a rose. I'm telling you Boy#3 is not giving up. I have so much to share. Prom has come and gone and she's already asked and been answered back for the next dance in March. CRAZY.
Sneak Peek into Prom night. In my eyes she was Belle of the Ball!
