What's on my Happy List?
Being a girl's camp survivor-
I'm alive!!! Not only did I survive being Stake Camp Director at YW's rough out camp this past week but surprise, surprise....I actually had way more fun than I ever dreamed possible. Seriously, the whole experience was amazing. I'm anxious to post some of the pics from camp but I'll have to wait to do so until I get them from our designated photographer.
Music in the Mountains-
Last night we, along with three of my siblings, spouses and some nieces, went to Wolf Mountain near Pineview Reservoir to hear the Utah Symphony present a crowd-pleasing outdoor pops concert. The music and mountain scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. It was so fun and relaxing.... other than trying to keep the spiders from crawling on our blanket and going up the back and into the pants of the poor lady in front of us!

That sounds so nice. Especially in your pleasant weather. We are stuck indoors or we'll burn up ;)
ReplyDeleteOur ward had 40 girls at camp -You wrote your stake had 80. 40 girls X 6 wards would be A LOT to plan for. I always love the 'classes' the stake puts on for the girls at camp. This year we had it on a ward level. I bet you did a fantastic job ;)ciao
