January Round-up!
Kate and the hubs had a little daddy daughter date...with three tag a-longs.
The elementary was having a daddy daughter dance and she wanted nothing to do with it.
No desire to get all fancied up.
She just wanted food.
π
So IHOP was the choice.
{I don't think I've been here in 10 years.}
I was surprised how much I enjoyed this omelette.
Actually one of the better ones I've ever had.
It's called the Colorado.
Picture credit to Hannah.
Straw up Kate's nose on purpose...of course.

We finally got some SNOW.
Biggest snowfall of the season so far.
Enough to go sledding at the park.
Kate loves to play in the snow!
Me, Emmsie and cousin Taylor joined in
on the fun.
*****
We attended the Stake Baptismal Previewwith Kate!
The kids learned more of what is going to happen the day they get baptized.
She was so excited to be getting baptized on St. Patrick's Day...
but she'll have to wait til April now
as we have a family wedding that same day.
I swear everything falls on the same day
around here.

Monthly Dinner Group for Indian/Nepali Cuisine
at Kathmandu Grill on 7th East in Salt Lake.
What is the difference between
Indian and Nepali?...
They are quite similar {obviously}....
although Indian food is creamier
with more spice.
From what I understand.
The hubs and I have eaten at Kathmandu Grill before, for their lunch buffet.
We actually enjoyed that more than what we had for dinner on this particular night.
This fam LOVES Indian food..
It's a regular go to when we have the chance to eat out.
We were on a Indian vibe this weekend...
Our top 3 Indian Restaurants right now are:
India House on State
{My favorite is their Mango Chicken Curry}
π
Ganesh Indian Cuisine in Midvale.
{They have the best Chicken or Shrimp Tikki Masala.
I practically lick the bowl. }
I practically lick the bowl. }
India Palace in downtown Provo.
I'd frequent it more if it wasn't so far.
{They have the best Coconut Korma!}
*****
One of the ladies I visit teach and co-teach Primary with, collects elephants.
I found this guy recently for her birthday.
At Ross.
{I love that store!}
I can find the funnest stuff there.
I recently got 3 shirts and a pair of shoes totaling $45.

Kyleigh had an early birthday celebration with some of her high school and mission friends...
They went to IV and back here for
ice cream and games.
